No fitness retreat would be complete without a high-intensity cycling workout! Spinning has significant benefits from working your muscles (your legs to your core) to improving your blood flow, increasing stamina and thanks to the endorphins it helps to release, it also lifts your mood.

Our sessions range from high-resistance to high-intensity workouts that all take place using our top of the range IC7 bikes.

 

The spin studio is a dedicated space within the state-of-the-art gym where you will be carefully guided by your mentor, who will make sure you achieve the right workout to reach your fitness goals.
