Everything we do at the Workhouse is aimed at making this experience personal to you so that you can walk away with the tools and knowledge to continue living a healthy life.

From understanding macro-nutrients to getting a bespoke plan, we aim to help you find a fitness and workout nutrition plan that works for you.

 

With daily seminars on nutrition and the vast experience of the Workhouse chef, you can walk away with fresh ideas to invigorate your eating and make it a healthy and enjoyable experience.

Healthy food choices

Great food

During your stay at the Workhouse health and fitness retreat, you’ll enjoy the luxury of nutritious meals served three times a day.

 

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all created by our in-house chef, where meals are then served in our luxury dining area so that you can relax and dine in the comfort of your chosen sanctuary.

 

Each meal is healthy fine-dining. Not only has each dish been created to support the activities and exercises you’ve undertaken but they have also been designed with satisfaction in mind. No matter the meal, each dish combines excellent food and great flavour, so that you can genuinely enjoy healthy eating.

 

You only need to view the menu to get your mouth watering at the delicious dishes waiting for you at the Workhouse table.
