Our You-ness health retreat isn’t just about exercise – we also understand the importance of good-quality, nutritious food. That’s why our You-ness coach Luke works closely with our specialist chef Mark to create a unique and bespoke nutrition plan perfectly suited to the exercise programme you’ll be undertaking. We’ll also host seminars on the importance of good nutrition and provide you with take-home recipes so you can recreate your favourite meals.


Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs served on toasted rye bread, sprinkled with pumpkin seed

Crushed avocado, poached egg and crispy bacon served on toasted wholemeal bread, topped with chia seeds (VG option available)

Chestnut mushrooms cooked in garlic and thyme, served with sweet cherry tomatoes on sourdough toast (V/VG)





Marinated strips of beef fillet served with kale, roasted butternut squash and baby spinach tossed in an Asian dressing

Chef’s table

Forget canteen dining – during your stay you’ll enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in our beautifully comfortable dining room within the Coach House and Victorian Stable Block. Here, our in-house chef Mark will serve healthy but delicious meals using only the freshest seasonal produce and quality ingredients.

Meet Mark


Personal Chef

Private Chef Mark is our in-house chef, responsible for preparing your healthy and nutritious daily meals and snacks. He has trained in London and Switzerland and worked in hotels and outside catering for many years. He believes that healthy food and nutrition is the way forward. Along with Luke, he helps you reach your own goals. Mark will be waiting in the dining room with a big smile on his face!


You will have breakfast, lunch and dinner. We serve a variety of nutrient dense, wholesome foods ensuring we fuel you with good quality sources of all macronutrients/micronutrients. We also serve tasty healthy snacks between meals.

All your meals and snacks will be served by Chef Mark in the dining room in the Coach house and Victorian stable block.

Absolutely. We will ask you to fill out a dietary requirements form prior to your arrival so we can be ready with a delicious menu catered to you.

We will supply an allergen questionnaire prior to your arrival but please be sure to tell Luke and Mark on arrival.
